OUR IEA TEAM
Come join our IEA team!
If you are in grades 6-12 and have some experience ridding you can come and ride on the IEA . You do not need to own a horse you just need to love to ride and compete.
Riders are required thru the IEA rules to take at least one lesson a week, This is the rules thru the IEA not ours. IEA is a fun way of ridding and competing as a team. A rider is put into a division to compete in for the show session, The level you are put in should be at least two levels lower than you would normally ride in at home, You will compete on a variety of different horses that you are not used to ridding, We go to a limit of 5 shows during the show year to accumulate points for the year to qualifie for Regional's, Zones, and Nationals. We do not bring our horses to the shows we go and everyone picks a random horses name to compete on for that show . This is a fun way to compete and it is supposed to make the playing field more even than if everyone were to ride their own horse.
